General Information
Dyson Law, P.C. offers both telephone and in-person consultations to prospective clients. However, if at all possible, the firm encourages all prospective clients to schedule an in-person consultation. Initial consultations usually run anywhere from thirty to forty-five minutes, depending on each case - there is no time limit for the consultation.
Fees
The firm charges $150 for an initial consultation.
Availability
Please indicate whether you would prefer an in-person or telephone consultation and your availability.
Interpreters and Immigration Documents
For in-person consultations, please bring all relevant immigration documents (i.e. your passport and/or green card) with you. You will need photo identification to check-in at the security desk in the lower lobby of the building. If you require the services of an interpreter, please bring someone with you who can interpret for you. For telephone consultations, please have all relevant immigration documents in front of you.
What to Expect
During your initial consultation, Attorney Dyson will review the facts of your case and explain the various options available to you. She will also provide you with an estimate of the total legal fees for your case.
