Whether you are seeking a green card, U.S. citizenship, humanitarian relief, or assistance with another immigration matter, your consultation is an opportunity to discuss your circumstances, review your immigration history, and determine what options may be available.​

Initial consultations are available in-person or by telephone, although in-person appointments are preferred whenever possible.

 

During your consultation, Attorney Stephanie Dyson will review the facts of your case, discuss the immigration options that may be available, answer your questions, and provide an estimate of legal fees based on your individual circumstances.

 

Consultation Details:

  • Approximately 45 minutes

  • $200 consultation fee

  • Payment is due at the time of your appointment

 

If you do not speak English, please bring someone who can interpret for you.

 

Please bring all documents related to your immigration history and current immigration status. These may include:

  • Passport(s)

  • Green card

  • Birth and marriage certificates

  • Visa documentation

  • USCIS notices

  • Immigration Court documents

  • Prior immigration applications or petitions

  • Criminal records, if applicable

  • Any other documents related to your immigration matter

Legal Fees

Legal fees vary depending on the complexity of each case and are generally billed as a flat fee. Following your consultation, Attorney Stephanie Dyson will provide an estimate based on your individual circumstances.

Additional Costs

In addition to legal fees, clients are responsible for applicable government filing fees and any out-of-pocket expenses associated with their case.

 

Examples may include: Government filing fees, Travel expenses, Photocopying, Mail and delivery services, Legal research, Translation and interpreting services.

Dyson Law, P.C. is conveniently located in Beverly, Massachusetts, approximately 30 minutes north of Boston and Logan International Airport. The office is located within the Cummings Center, a historic business campus with free parking available for visitors.

Parking & Directions​
​

After entering the Cummings Center, turn left at the guard house and continue past Pressed Cafe at the front of the 900 Building. Turn right at the stop sign and continue straight with the pond on your left. Parking is available near Door 121V, where both one-hour and unlimited parking spaces are available.

 

Enter through Door 121V, take the elevator or stairs to the second floor, turn left, and continue a short distance down the hallway to Suite 216-U.

If parking near the building is unavailable or weather conditions make it preferable, free unlimited parking is also available in the West Garage. From the third floor of the garage, use the enclosed bridge to enter the 900 Building, take the elevator to the second floor, turn left, and continue to Suite 216-U.
